Our room was well-maintained with a tub, balcony, and shower, the breakfast was very good with a great selection of food options.

The stay here was FINE, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with quiet location near other historic towns of Umbria and an old park. In general the staff were very amiable and attentive. The food was outstanding and served in the restaurant.

Overall it was immaculate and gorgeous with a balcony...

The staff was competent and attentive during check-out. the location is secure and quiet in an old park. the unit is beautifully decorated and elegantly furnished. the shower is separate from the tub, which is a nice touch. Situated near a wonderful park, providing easy access to Umbria, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, and Spoleto.

This is a lovely hotel on a beautiful estate in the countryside outside Perugia. Excellent for business or for tourism. Outstanding restaurant and pleasant facilities. Nice pool. Beautiful rooms well maintained. Highly recommended.

As we arrived at the hotel they gave us an upgrate which was very kind. We got a beautiful room upstairs which overlooked the whole property and mountains of Umbria. The room was big and romantic.The restaurant was very nice and they had lovely food well prepared. The spa was also nice.

As the season was over you could feel this at the pool although the weather one day was 24 degrees there were no pillows in the garden beds and chairs. There was a towel in the garden for four days and no one from the staff picked it up. Also the bar was unattended, we waited one hour before somebody showed up although we asked for it several times.

The place was stylish with professional and attentive staff. Plenty of delightful breakfast options to satisfy everyone. - Perfect and stunning location close to all sights and surrounding districts. - Very close to a wonderful park/garden.

The staff service was excellent. The restaurant was superb for both breakfasts and dinner. Great pool, great gardens, comfy beds and nice clean rooms, no noise, good internet, good service from the staff, convenient parking, convenient location, ... I could go on forever! we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning!

Hotel is in a beautiful setting and invites you to really relax.Restaurant serves very nice local specialities and is really not expensive. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

No real negative points, except that we came in late, so Spa was closed, but we could use outdoor pool which was unfortunately very cold for the time of year (June). As the location is outside of Perugia, better to check beforehand if the restaurant is open, if you don't want to drive for 15 minutes in the evening to the city.

This way, you'll have both options available. the breakfast served here is decent, and don't miss out on dining at their really nice restaurant! 🍽️

Great hotel with nice environment. Old style but very clean and luxry. 2 small swiming pulls and butyfull gardens. The room is wide and comfrtable with 2 couches and hugh bed.

A wonderful place, beautiful grounds, comfortable and tasteful room, cheerful and helpful staff, delicious food. We had a great 3 days, and would definately go back. .

The rooms were quiet and elegant with a balcony, which was ideal for us, and the location was marvelous and beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from downtown. Rewritten: the rooms were peaceful and stylish, with a balcony that we loved, and the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from downtown.

I liked the room very much, very clean and spacious. We had a junior suite.

the quality and diversity of the breakfast is far under the level of a place with that status, that also counts for the small swimmingpool. there is no bar.

The comforts of the romantic classic queen room with a balcony were fabulous. the work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and satellite TV were appreciated.
